No Long-Term Contracts
We believe that our service should speak for itself. Yes, the services we offer are marathons rather than sprints, but we don’t think it’s right to lock clients into quarterly, bi-annual, or annual contracts.
Results and customer service should be the factors that keep a client paying for our services. That is why some of our clients have been with us for years. We’d love t work with you for the long-term as well, which is why we are committed to delivering top-notch services with results so you know you are getting a return on your investment.
The Service Agreement
The only piece of paper that we require is a virtual one and it’s called a service agreement. This agreement simply outlines what we are going to do for you, anything we need from you to do our job (like photographs) and that you give us at least a 30-day notice if you plan to leave us. This notice allows us to properly close out your account.
Account Closure Process
When an account is closed, the 30-day notice allows us to provide you with a complete final report. We will also provide you a list of recommendations if you are planning to take on your own digital marketing efforts or outsource to another company.
You are welcome to come back to us at any time. In fact, we have some clients that pay for SEO for a few months and then they stop until their rankings drop.
Of course, there is some time involved in re-evaluating the performance of your site and the reasons for the ranking decline, which is why we offer you a low-cost monthly analytics plan that keeps us in-tune with what is happening with your site so we don’t have to do the research all over again. This plan includes a monthly report with recommendations That you can use. You also have the option of forwarding this report to any other companies you are working with or we can use it should you decide to pick up our services for at least another 30 days.
